Why do I need to register my credit / debit card before shopping online ?

We offer the most secure methods available for online transactions, Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode, this includes the latest security from the leading banks, but you need to enrol into their scheme before you can continue. We give you access to their website to register - CLICK HERE, but you can register by contacting your card issuer direct. Once registered your card can be used on any other site using the same high level of security. If your card is not enrolled your order will be rejected.

Do you deliver outside U.K. mainland?

Afraid not, however we can deliver to Northern Ireland, please ask for a quotation on delivery charges.

Why do you only deliver to the card holders address?

How do I know that my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming your order details.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Just send an e-mail or give us a call and we will cancel the order, disposing of your details as a security measure.

When is payment taken from my account?

Authorisation and debit is obtained on every order placed, even if the stock requires ordering.

Is a receipt/invoice sent with delivery?

Yes. You will receive a despatch note with every delivery. This is the receipt and invoice. You will need this in case you wish to return any of the goods.

Do you accept foreign registered credit cards?

No. We can only accept credit / debit cards registered in the U.K
